CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR PARTICIPATION 

PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY AND ONLY ENTER THE PROMOTION IF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HERE AND ARE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

 

  1. THE PROMOTER OF THE PROMOTION

 

1.1. "SAMSUNG THE FRAME TV AND EXTRA FRAME PROMOTION " (hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion") organised by Samsung Electronics Hungarian Private Limited Company (branch office and mailing address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7th floor; company registration number: 16-10-001767; tax number: 10276451-2-16; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/) (hereinafter referred to as "Organiser").

1.2. Certain tasks related to the implementation of the Promotion shall be carried out by an agency appointed by the Organiser, a Profield Sales Promotion and Sales Support Ltd. (place of business: 1143 Budapest, Ilka utca 50.; company registration number: 01-09-271469; tax number: 25374342-2-42; hereinafter referred to as: "Operating"), a freight forwarder engaged by the Organiser; hereinafter referred to as "Entrepreneur": GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft.   1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. The Promotion only applies to the over the age of 18, a Samsung Account ("Samsung Account"), and a natural person with capacity to act who is resident or domiciled in Hungary or is a Hungarian citizen (collectively, the "Participant") who or which, during the period of purchase of a Participating Product in the Promotion as defined in clause 4.1. of these Rules, is.

The Expert Hungarian technical store network and webshop, operated by X-System Zrt. www.expertnet.hu and the www.marketworld.hu available on the website (hereafter: "X-System");

AUCHAN MAGYARORSZÁG Kft. operates stores and webshop in Hungary, which is www.auchan.hu (hereafter referred to as "Auchan");

 

The Promoter expressly reminds Participants that stores in Hungary that do not sell Samsung products marketed by the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Further information can be obtained from the participating stores.

 

2.1.4 If the Participant is a natural person over the age of 18 with limited capacity to act, he/she is entitled to participate in the Promotion and to claim the Benefits only together with his/her legal representative, after proof of identity of the legal representative.

 

2.1.5 If the Participant is an incapacitated natural person over the age of 18, only his/her legal representative may act on his/her behalf when participating in the Promotion, upon proof of identity of the legal representative.

 

 

  1. THE SUBJECT OF THE PROMOTION

 3.1 If the Participant purchases a Promoted Product in one of the stores participating in the Promotion during the period of purchase of the Promoted Product as defined in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant shall.

 3.2 The Participant can claim the Discounts during the Discount Claim Period specified in clause 4.1 of these Rules, regardless of the Samsung device, through the following website: www.theframe-samsung.com , the "Apply for a framework" tab.

3.3 The Promotion applies only to purchases made in the Participating Stores as defined in section 2.1.2 of these Rules and cannot be combined with any other discounts or other promotions.

3.4. for purchases of 1 (one) Product participating in the Promotion only 1 (one) piece Samsung Surrender Product and 1 (one) Participant may claim the Discounts up to a maximum of 5 (five) times in total within the scope of this Promotion.

3.5 The Promoter can provide the Promotion only to the extent that the stocks of the Product and the Discounts participating in the Promotion are available, in accordance with the procedures of the Shops participating in the Promotion.

3.6 Discounts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

3.7 The Organiser and the Promoter exclude their liability for any defects and deficiencies of the Discounts and shall not be liable for any warranty or guarantee in respect of the Discounts, unless the exclusion of liability is expressly prohibited by Hungarian law.

3.8 However, in the event that any of the Benefits is not functioning, the Promoter will provide the Participant with the opportunity to report the problem to the Promoter within 17 (seventeen) calendar days of the receipt of the relevant Benefit, at the following e-mail address: info@samsung.com365teszt.hu. In this case, the Organiser will contact the Participant concerned on behalf of the Promoter and agree on the procedure for examining the Discount and, if the problem is confirmed, for replacing the Discount. In any case, the Organiser reserves the right to investigate the identified problem with the Benefit and, if it is confirmed that the Benefit is not experiencing the problem, to reject the request for replacement of the Benefit.

  1. 4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

4.1. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 15 April 2025 until 23:59 on 31 December 2025, or until stocks of the Promoted Products and Discounts are exhausted or until withdrawn. (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"), which consists of the following two periods:

  • The period during which a Participating Product is purchased:you may purchase the Promotional Products from 00:00 on 15 April 2025 until 23:59 on 31 December 2025, or while stocks last, subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Rules (referred to in these Rules as "Period of purchase of the Product by the Participant in the Promotion").
  • Period for applying for a discount:after the period of purchase of the Product by the Participant in the Promotion, the Participant can claim the Discounts from 00:00 on 15 April 2025 until 23:59 on 31 January 2026, or while stocks last, through the following page: www.theframe-samsung.com

 

 

4.2 Discounts may only be claimed for Promotional Products purchased during the period of purchase of the Promotional Product during the Discount Claim Period as set out in clause 4.1 of these Rules, or to the extent that the Discount is in stock, subject to the terms and conditions set out in clause 6 of these Rules.

  1. THE PRICE AND RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION

 5.1 The price of the Product participating in the Promotion may differ between the different Shops participating in the Promotion. The Participant can obtain information on the current price of the Product participating in the Promotion from the relevant Participating Store.

5.2 The time and manner of receipt of the Product participating in the Promotion and the rules applicable thereto may differ from one Participating Store to another. The Participant can obtain information on the time and method of receipt of the Product participating in the Promotion from the relevant Promotion Participating Store.

5.3 The Promoter is not involved in the sale of the Product to end users within the framework of this Promotion, so only the participating stores can provide further information regarding delivery or collection.

5.4 For further information on matters not covered by these Rules, please contact the Participating Businesses in the Promotion. The Promoter expressly draws the attention of the Participants to the fact that the different Participating Businesses in the Promotion may differ on matters not covered by these Rules.

 

 

 

  1. DISCOUNT CLAIM PROCESS - THE FRAME PROMOTION

6.1. The discount (individual TV-frame) is www.theframe-samsung.com can be claimed via the website during the official promotion period, while stocks last, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the promotion rules.

 

6.2. Steps to apply for the discount:

 

6.2.1. www.theframe-samsung.com website to start the application process by accepting the Privacy Policy and the Promotion Policy.

 

6.2.2 The Participant selects the purchased Samsung The Frame TV model included in the promotion from a predefined list.

 

6.2.3 The Participant then selects the frame of his choice from the options associated with the TV model.

 

6.2.4. The Participant shall upload the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) in a good quality, legible format.

 

6.2.5 After selecting the frame, the Participant clicks on the "Request a Frame" button, which will take him/her to the personal data entry form and automatically accepts the GTC and the Promotion Rules.

 

6.2.6 The Participant shall provide personal data: (i) surname, (ii) first name, (iii) date of birth, (iv) telephone number.

 

6.2.7 The Participant specifies the delivery address for which the product is requested under the discount: (i) postal code, (ii) city, (iii) street, house number, (iv) floor/door (optional).

 

6.2.8 After filling in the data and uploading the documents, the Participant will check and approve the accuracy of the information provided in the application on the summary page.

 

6.2.9 The Participant finalizes the application by clicking on the 'Order' button, and receives an automatic confirmation e-mail with a unique customer ID.

 

6.2.10. The Organiser will assess the application manually. The Participant will be informed of the result by e-mail - in case of eligibility, he/she will receive another e-mail informing him/her of the start of the transport and a separate e-mail informing him/her of its completion.
After the initial assessment, the customer will be informed of the status of the application by automatic emails:
- Successful assessment
- Start of delivery
- Delivery successfully completed

 

6.2.11. If the uploaded document is of unsatisfactory quality (e.g. blurred, incomplete), the Participant will be requested to re-upload the document.

 

6.2.12. Delivery is expected within 14 working days after the confirmation email is sent, but the Promoter is entitled to deviate from this. The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay resulting from such deviation.

6.2.13         The Promoter expressly reserves the right to reject a Participant's claim for a Benefit if it does not meet all the requirements set out in these Rules.

 

  1. TAXATION, COSTS

7.1 The Promoter is responsible for any tax liability associated with the Discounts. The Promoter shall have no further obligations other than the transfer of the Benefits and the payment of the tax deduction as set out above.

 

  1. 8. PERSONAL DATA

8.2 The data processing during purchases made in the Shops participating in the Promotion is carried out by the Shops participating in the Promotion in accordance with the data processing information of the relevant Shop participating in the Promotion, and the Organiser does not process any personal data during the data processing.

 

  1. 9. MIXED PROVISIONS

9.1 When installing or using the Product participating in the Promotion, please ensure that the factory data plate containing the factory number of the Product participating in the Promotion is not damaged or removed, as this will result in the loss of the warranty, as the Product participating in the Promotion cannot be identified for the purposes of the warranty.

 

9.2 The Organiser and the Promoter exclude their liability for any defects or deficiencies of the Discounts and shall not be liable for any warranty or guarantee in respect of the Discounts, unless the exclusion of liability is expressly prohibited by Hungarian law.

9.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Discounts, or for any damage caused during the delivery, which is beyond the control of the Promoter.

9.4 The Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including these Rules) without giving any reason, including the termination of the Promotion, subject to any restrictions provided for by applicable law and, if necessary, by giving reasonable prior notice to the relevant persons. The Promoter will publish such information with the same publicity as other notices of the Promotion and any changes will take effect from the date of such notification. After the amendment, Participants may exercise in full any rights they have acquired up to the date of the amendment. Before participating in the Promotion, please read these Rules carefully, in particular any amendments, so that you are always aware of the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Limitations and exclusions of liability in relation to the Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9.5 The Promoter shall not be liable for any misrepresentation in the Promotion if it is made without its consent.

9.6.In addition to the above, the Promoter shall not be liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect or consequential loss, cost or expense suffered by the Entrant or any third party in connection with or arising out of the Rules, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of profit, loss or damage to trade or other reputation, or any claim by third parties.

9.7 These Rules shall be governed by Hungarian law and any disputes arising in connection with participation in the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts, subject to the limitations contained in the applicable laws.

9.8 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable under Hungarian law, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions shall (so long as it remains invalid, illegal or unenforceable) be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The Participant and the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to replace a provision determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (severed) with a valid, legal and enforceable provision that has the legal effect of matching the intended legal effect of the severed provision to the maximum extent possible.
